That is why we put together our very own vertical program Introducing: 40-Days of Vert. This challenge will introduce you to the world of jumping. Learn how to truly work on your athletic ability and strength. 40 Days of Vert includes a total of 40 Jump Days and 58 Rest Days where your body can recover and rejuvenate.
